Why does every premium water bottle on the market cost $50 or more, when the materials and construction don't justify the price? We looked at what the top-selling brands were actually delivering: the same 18/8 stainless steel, the same double-wall vacuum insulation, the same basic lid designs and then we looked at what they were charging. The gap between what you were getting and what you were paying didn't sit right with us. So instead of accepting it, we built something that closes that gap. Same grade of steel. Better insulation with an added copper layer. A smarter lid. A quieter base. And a price that makes sense for what's actually in your hand.
every decision had a reason.
We didn't start with a mood board or a marketing strategy. We started with a list of problems. Bottles that sweat and leave rings on your desk: so we used a powder coating that eliminates condensation entirely. Logos that peel after a few months: so we laser-engraved ours directly into the steel, permanently. Lids that need two hands to open: so we designed a one-hand flip-top straw mechanism with a built-in lanyard. Hard metal bases that clank on every surface: so we added a removable silicone sleeve that absorbs the contact. Every feature in the Founty Origin exists because we identified a specific frustration and engineered a specific solution. Nothing was added for aesthetics. Nothing was left out to save on cost.

The Origin collection launched with two colours: Deep Blue and Vibrant Red, and more are already in development. But new colours are only part of what's coming. We're building Founty with a long-term vision: a Canadian brand that proves you don't have to overpay for quality, and you don't have to settle for less to save money. Every decision we make from here: new products, new colours, new features will follow the same principle the Origin was built to give people more than they expected, at a price that makes them wonder why everyone else charges so much. We're not in a rush to release everything at once. We'd rather take our time and make sure everything we put out meets the standard we set with the Origin.
